Antonio specializes in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), including a culturally adapted version of this evidence-based approach. This allows him to effectively address the unique needs of diverse populations. Additionally, he is trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), which equips him with a versatile skill set for supporting clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and emotional dysregulation.
